Market town Muslim issues knife threat to Queen

It seems that for many followers of the ideology of Islam the whole shebang of Islamic belief can be summed up in the phrase: ‘I kill you’. ‘I kill you’, or the slightly more inventive ‘die kufar die’, seems to be the response of many a ‘moderate’ Muslim apologist when forced by sceptics of Islam to confront that fact that their foundational prophet Mohammed was a scumbag. Mohammed, if he appeared today, would have been a prime candidate for a secure hospital such as Broadmoor or a Category A prison like Long Lartin, such was the violence and depravity of the man. With a founder such as Mohammed is it any wonder that all too many individual Muslims all too readily reach for the violent threat or the act of violence?

One such Muslim spewing violent threats was Abul Khoyer, 24 of Ross on Wye a small market town just off the A40 in Southern Herefordshire. Khoyer got drunk, made a complete nuisance of himself, assaulted a police officer and when detained threatened to kill the Queen. Khoyer also made reference to the Jihad attack in Westminster that occurred in March and took the lives of four people and seriously injured 50 others. Just like all too many other Muslims when challenged he threatened violence against our people and our nation. If nothing else it should show that Jihadist ideology and jihadist imagery can be found in Muslims living in even the most picturesque and historic of places such as Ross on Wye.

Here’s the report from the Hereford Times and I’d like to thank Tommy Robinson for bringing this to my attention via one of his various social media accounts. As is usual policy for this blog the original text is in italics whereas this blog’s comments are in plain text.

The Hereford Times said:

A WAITER threatened to carry out a knife attack on police ‘like the one in London’.

Abul Khoyer, 24, of Nursery Road, Ross-on-Wye, also said he was going to ‘kill the Queen’ before he assaulted two police officers.

This Muslim is damned lucky that he wasn’t charged with something far graver than police assault bearing in mind the threats and the reference to the Westminster attacks. I do hope the police made the necessary ‘referrals up’ regarding this thug just to check to see if he isn’t on one or more lists of dodgy extremist Muslims or has connections to such people. If they didn’t do this then they are not doing their job or are playing the double standard ‘diversity’ game?

He pleaded guilty at Hereford Magistrates Court last week to two counts of assaulting a police officer.

Sounds like the defendant didn’t really have much choice here, he looks like he’s been got banged to rights.

Amy Davies, prosecuting, said the offences happened on April 11 after the defendant had been out drinking in Ross.

I’ve no doubt that the apologists for Khoyer will be wringing their hands and saying ‘not a true Muslim he’s been drinking’

On his way home Khoyer threw plant pots in an alleyway on Brampton Street before entering Nursery Road where he knocked the door of a property and the owner told him to go away before ringing police.

Khoyer sounds like a right arse.

When police attended the scene, the court heard the defendant became abusive and refused to give his details.

He was warned he was committing a public order offence but resisted so was arrested,” said Mrs Davies.

When being handcuffed he headbutted PC Andrew Curzon.“He continued to be abusive and threatened to stab and shoot the officers.

He said he was going to kill the Queen and f**** the officers’ mothers and dogs. He threatened to stab the officers like the officer in London.”

While in police custody, Khoyer kicked PC Ian Jones in the leg.

PC Curzon was admitted to hospital with a split lip he suffered from the headbutt while PC Jones suffered bruising.

Yes indeed a right arse. Now I’m not one who usually comes down on the side of the police but I will on this occasion. The police were faced with a violent Muslim kicking off with threats to kill and threat to commit treason. They were correct to arrest him and I wish the officers well in their recovery. However, I have the nagging feelign that Khoyer could have been charged with much more grave offences than assault a police officer, because of the specific threats including threats to use a weapon against the officers. I do hope he hasn’t been treated with kid gloves by the police and CPS merely because he’s a Muslim? Such things have happened before and they corrupt the whole judicial and policing system.

Emma Prosser, mitigating, said Khoyer had been on his way home from a night out in Rosson- Wye.

He is disgusted by his behaviour and the comments made,” said Miss Prosser. “He simply wouldn’t have done this had he not been intoxicated.

He wishes to apologise to those officers and expects to pay compensation.

He has made improvements with his life and his cousin has given him employment in Ross at the Indian Summers restaurant as a waiter and chef.”

I’m afraid that this is standard boilerplate mitigation from Ms Prosser. Anyone who spends any time in a magistrates court will recognise the ‘my client was drunk and he won’t do it again’ excuse. It’s not uncommon to hear. Great advert for the Indian restaurant isn’t it. ‘Come to the Indian Summers and meet Ross on Wye’s very own ‘jihadi jackass’.

Khoyer was handed a four months prison sentence, suspended for 12 months.

This sentence seems to be disgracefully lenient when compared to the sort of unjustly punitive sentences that non Muslims have got for various ‘hate speech’ offences against Muslims. The violent threats dished out by Khoyer should have attracted an uplift in sentence primarily because of the threat of violence. There should also have been some uplift for the terror threat as well. These factors seem to have been completely disregarded in sentencing Khoyer.

He was also ordered to complete an alcohol treatment requirement and 150 hours of unpaid work.

How vigourous and effective these alcohol treatment courses are is debatable and I do hope that the unpaid work is not assisting Ross on Wye’s very own ‘refugees welcome’ clowns ‘Ross for Refugees’?

Khoyer was also ordered to pay £100 compensation to PC Curzon, £50 to PC Jones, and £135 in court costs.

I can’t shake the feeling that Khoyer who very quickly and easily reached into Islam’s grab-bag of violent threats was given too much of an even break here. He’s been treated like a common drunk by both the police and the court even though there were the sort of violent threats made that should have rung alarm bells with the police and other security agencies. This man has walked from the court despite dishing out a plethora of violent and terrorist threats and maybe, some will say, that he should not have walked?
