Like any good and concerned parent I am concerned about my child’s future schooling. I worry about whether he will he fit in to the school, will he get a good education, will the school listen to the opinions of those who knows the child best such as us the parents? These are all normal worries that any parent will have prior to their child starting school.

But, I know find I have to have another worry and it’s a big one and a concern that many other British parents will share. I find that I’m now having to worry that my innocent child will be brought into contact with complete bloody lunatics like Susie Green and her ‘child transgender’ group Mermaids, a group who are all too often being invited into schools by equally lunatic teachers. In addition to the fear that these fraggles will have access to my son, it seems I now also have to worry that objecting to the bloody lunatics of Mermaids on the grounds that they are abusing children by pushing kids into ‘gender transition’, will result in my arrest.

I say this because arrest and being forbidden by the the police from leaving the United Kingdom is what has happened to Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull a woman who stood up to Susie Green and the Mermaids group. Ms Keen-Minshull has been arrested and had her movements restricted not because she committed any real quantifiable offence against Susie Green, but merely because she stated biological facts and voiced the opinion, one that I share, that ‘paediatric gender transition’ is a form of child abuse.

The facts of this case boggle the mind they really do. It appears according to reports both on Breitbart London and on Ms Keen-Minshull’s Crowdfunder page that Susie Green was objecting to comments made by Ms Keen-Minshull that male to female transition is castration, something that is patently true to anyone who knows the slightest thing about these surgical procedures. Gender transition procedures do result in castration for males and sterilisation for females, and it is not or should not be a crime to point that out.

Susie Green also claims that she felt ‘alarm and distress’, two very flexible, vague and easily abusable words when used in the context of the law, because Ms Keen-Minshull called paediatric gender transition ‘child abuse’. Ms Keen-Minshull also called out Susie Green on her own publicly admitted law breaking which occurred when Susie Green took her son, then aged 16 to Thailand for ‘gender reassignment’ even though it is illegal in the UK for such surgery to be undertaken on those under the age of 18.

Here’s part of the Brietbart London report on this latest arrest intended to stifle free speech on issues that concern Britons by a police forces that seen to do the bidding of groups like Mermaids. What is also worrying is that lunatic outlier groups like Mermaids are now becoming involved in the training of police officers in ‘trans’ issues. It was this training, according to the Breitbart report and the information contained in Ms Keen-Minshull’s Crowdfunder page that may well have spurred West Yorkshire Police into action and into arresting a person who merely wants to protect children from a gender ideology that is, if not stopped from its influence and especially its influence over children, is going to end up causing a lot of personal tragedies for those children who go down this transitioning path.

A mother of four who campaigns against “gender identity” ideology claims she was threatened with arrest and banned from leaving the UK after saying transgender women are “castrated” men.

Kellie-Jay Keen-Minshull has claimed Susie Green, the CEO of transgender group Mermaids, reported her to the police in July last year, in remarks made on her fundraising page.

The West Yorkshire force did not initially act, but after undergoing training from Ms. Green’s Mermaids organisation in January, they soon moved to question Ms. Keen-Minshull under caution, it is claimed.

Ms. Keen-Minshull says she was questioned because of eight tweets, one calling transgendered individuals who have had their genitals removed as “castrated”. She has also accused Mermaids of “prey[ing]” on gay teenagers and of “mass child abuse”.

I’m completely gobsmacked at this arrest. Much of what Ms Keen-Minshull has said is perfectly reasonable. Transition does involve castration in males and it does involve removal of the ovaries and womb in females. To object to the description of gender reassignment as ‘castration’ as Susie Green has done is to object to an impartial description of gender reassignment procedures. Susie Green is quite frankly objecting to reality. It is also not wrong to say that groups like Mermaids ‘prey on gay teenagers’ as that is also correct.

This is because the vast majority, 80% according to some studies of children claiming or presenting as ‘gender dysphoric’ end up growing out of this condition and coming out the end of it as normal heterosexual or homosexual adults. What worries me is that being a gay or bisexual teenager is, even in these more enlightened times, a bit of a challenge and it appears to me to be morally wrong to take young people who may be confused or distressed regarding their sexuality, and force or persuade them into life changing and irreversible gender reassignment treatment. If Susie Green’s organisation is working with vulnerable gay teenagers and persuading them that gender reassignment is the way to go then accusing Mermaids of ‘preying on gay teenagers’ is a pretty reasonable and accurate thing to say.

As for the way that Susie Green is kicking off about being accused of a criminal offence then that is complete BS. Susie Green admitted that she took her son to Thailand for an operation that would not be permitted in the UK and therefore she has shown by this admission that she had broken the law. There is nothing wrong as I see it with pointing this fact out. If you take a child overseas for a medical and surgical procedure that is banned in the UK and you do so, as Susie Green appears to have done, in order to to evade this ban, then you really are a criminal.

Susie Green and her Mermaids group are to be honest dangerous, one track minded ideologues and it should not be wrong or criminal to say so. Mermaids and groups like them are helping to put kids through procedures that are at best inappropriate and at worst are abusive and wrong.

My own personal experience of the Trans world that I have detailed before on this site has shown me that all too many of my Trans friends and my post-op trans ex-girlfriend, have not had their sadnesses or underlying problems cured or alleviated by transitioning. They have come out of the end of the procedure with the simulacrum of the body that they perceive they desire, but are still left with the depression, the anxiety and other problems that may have been hard wired into their DNA at birth, just as their real birth gender was. These individuals have often been left at the conclusion of the transitioning process with the dual problems of mutilated often non-functioning genitalia along with the psychiatric problems that may have propelled them towards the false goal of gender change. I really don’t want to see that as a future life for either my child or anybody else’s child.

As I said at the beginning of this article there are many things that worry me about my child starting school and these are worries that almost every other parent has and goes through. However, I and many other parents should not have the additional worry about whether or not our children will be unduly influenced into a life of trauma, pain, sterilisation and emotional harm by Susie Green and her band of deluded and dangerous ideologues.

Because of this concern that these child-abusing, bullying fraggles may be operating in my child’s school, I have to add another question to the many that I will have to ask my child’s prospective head teacher. This question is: Will Mermaids or any other group like them or any pro-trans individual be invited into the school to talk about the gender ideology? If the answer is in the affirmative, then I will have no alternative to refuse a place at this school and look elsewhere for education for my child in an environment free from Susie Green, the Mermaids group and their half-baked gender ideology. The first duty of any responsible parent is to protect their child or children from those who would abuse, exploit or harm them and that is why all parents should say a resounding ‘no’ to Susie Green and her pernicious and damaging gender ideology.
