I’m amazed, completely bloody amazed. We seem to be headed for a Ramadan with a relatively low death toll this year. It’s still high and although no other religion has anything like the death toll from violence associated with major festivals as Islam does, it looks like it’s going to be a relatively peaceful Islamic festival of skipping lunch and then murdering people.
Amazingly it looks like the final death toll for this year’s Ramadan could well be under one thousand. This lowered death toll is a brilliant step forward for the Muslim world and one which takes them somewhere into the 8th century Europe in terms of civilisation and morality.
We are now on Day 24 of Ramadan and there has been only 532 people killed in 127 separate Islamic terror attacks. This is a marked improvement over last year when Islam claimed the lives of approximately 1600 people.
There are seven more Ramadan murder days left before the festival ends, so there’s plenty of time for there to be more of the sort of Islamic savagery that could push the death toll over one thousand, it’s not as if Islam is a genuine religion of peace is it? However let’s hope and pray that this is not the case and that the death toll stays as relatively low as it has done this year.
