I’m very grateful for a reader on the Continent, who for security reasons shall remain nameless, who has sent me a scan of an article in a Flemish language satirical magazine. The article concerns my arrest by members of London Mayor’s ‘hate speech and hate crime’ unit aka the ‘Jokestapo’, last month. For those who do not know the background to this arrest, I was arrested for allegedly mocking a high profile Muslim individual via a meme. Yes the era of ‘meme crime’ has arrived in the United Kingdom. You can see video of the ‘Jokestapo’ breaking down my front door in connection with this ‘offence’ via THIS link.

I cannot speak Flemish but I understand from my contact ‘somewhere in Europe’ that the article is quite complimentary towards me but excoriates the Metropolitan Police for their actions.
