An excellent breakdown of some fake ‘hate crime’ reports

For both moral and ethical reasons I despise the whole concept of ‘hate crimes’. These moral and ethical reasons have their root in the fact that firstly these ‘hate crime’ laws create a two tier justice system where those with ‘protected characteristics’ get one standard of justice whilst the rest of us get something else entirely. The second reason that I am opposed to ‘hate crime’ laws is that they make it all too easy for the dishonest or those with an agenda to exploit for their own ends. Many of these laws do not even require any solid evidence for a a prosecution to be made, the complainants mere ‘perception’ that ‘hate’ was behind a particular incident is enough.

To give an example of how these laws can so easily be abused here’s a scenario. If I was punched in the face by a drunk on the way back from the pub one night and the drunk was arrested, he would probably be charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and the offender would be punished commensurate with that offence when the case came to court. However if I pretended that the drunk had called me a ‘filthy Yid’ whilst punching me in the face, despite there being no real evidence that the drunk had said this, then the drunk would get a far harsher sentence from the courts than he would otherwise. This is what makes these ‘hate crime’ laws so damned dangerous to the idea of equal justice. They are a fraudsters charter.

The whole concept of criminalised ‘hate’ is a boon for those groups with agendas, especially Islamic groups with a pro-censorship agenda. This you will see from this long form video by the commentator Luke Reid from You Tube.

Mr Reid has taken the trouble to examine in some detail the 2016 anti Muslim ‘hate crime’ figures from the the report of that year from the Tell Mama organisation. What Mr Reid has found is that Tell Mama has put an enormous amount of spin on what are very low figures regarding Muslim individuals being targetted for assault because they are Muslim. Despite what groups like Tell Mama say, it’s most certainly safer to be a Muslim person in Britain than in say Pakistan where the rate of murder and violence is so much higher than in the United Kingdom. Mr Reid has also looked carefully at the figures given by Tell Mama and at crime figures in general and has found that not only are Muslim people incredibly safe in the UK compared to elsewhere, there are also more assaults carried out by Muslims on non-Muslims than the other way around.

Please give the video below a intensive examination as it is well worth taking the time to watch.
