If we can do this for Brexit why not for other equally pressing matters?

Various Lefty and Remain-obsessed journalists, media outlets and political types are getting very vexed over new Brexit legislation that they say would breach international law. The UK Government has admitted that the new legislation breaches international law but they seem to be going ahead with it anyway.

This turn of events causes me to ask a very big question. If the UK Government can break international law with regards to Brexit if the conditions of a previously ratified agreement put the UK at a disadvantage, then why cannot we do the same with other international law which puts Britain at a disadvantage?

Why for example can we not put British subjects and the security and prosperity of the nation first by breaking the Refugee Conventions and tell the pretend ‘refugees’ crossing from France to bugger off. Or why cannot the UK government protect British people by sacking off the Statelessness Conventions that give undue power to fake ‘refugees’ to destroy their documentation and pretend they come from a war zone rather than whatever crime and jihad infested hell hole they really do hail from and create a situation where they cannot be deported or removed because of the prohibitions on making an individual Stateless?

Whilst it’s right that getting Britain out of the EU is being prioritised I can’t help but think that there are other bits of international law that are being exploited by bad actors that also should be defied.

  1. Re: EU agreement/Treaty

afaik a Leave MP (Cash?) proposed and had accepted an amendment to UK Act adding ‘a future parliament will not be bound by this Treaty’ clause

Thus, UK approved an amended EU Treaty, therefore no law broken

However, EU has admitted it broke Article 50 Law by not following negotiation regulations – but, that’s all fine for msm

On illegals: Say NO to French and block the boats using barges, nudging, laid up cruise ships, wake….

Some very good points there. The EU have been bad faith negotiators in all this but I still believe that my point stands, we need to abrogate ourselves from those Conventions that are plainly damaging the UK.
