He might be French but he’s correct.

Gerald Darmanin the current French Interior Minister.

The French interior minister has said what many Britons have said which is that if Britain’s illegal immigration invasion is to be halted then what needs to be done is to reduce the pull factor of welfare, housing, the grey economy and the seeming impossibility of being deported from the UK. Of course France should be stopping the illegal invaders and of course Britain should be preventing the invaders from getting here but as long as we keep feeding, clothing, housing and pandering to these invaders then more invaders will arrive.

Sky News said:

The UK should make itself less economically attractive to migrants, France’s interior minister has said.

Gerald Darmanin added that France would not be “held hostage” by Britain’s domestic politics.

He was speaking after a meeting of his EU counterparts, to which Home Secretary Priti Patel was disinvited on Friday.

He’s correct. If you leave the lid off of a pot of Jam then sooner or later the jar will be covered in wasps to such an extent that the Jam is either completely depleted or the Jam is inedible. Britain and its welfare system along with the ability to work off of the books in the grey and black economies is the Jam that entices these invaders to come to the UK. Put the lid back on by having early and forceful deportations of illegals along with zero benefits, zero hotel accommodation and zero ability to be employed in the informal economy and a major driver for this invasion will be removed. The question is does Boris Johnson’s government have the balls to take the steps necessary to put the lid back on the jamjar? So far it doesn’t seem to have the testicular fortitude to stand up to the inevitable whines of the Left and the Guardian that would ensue if the Govt did this.

  1. Of course he is right, it never ceases to amaze me how willing our posh boy rich politicians are to give away other people’s money and quality of life. Of course if you live in a rich persons gated complex and can afford private health care, education, security guards and a driver etc. immigration isn’t a problem. After all many of our political class can afford to move abroad if it all goes bottom up in UK anyway.

I’ve noticed that the bulk of the ‘refugees welcome’ movement is very middle class and often comes from areas where these ‘refugees’ have not been settled. Odd that.
