I was wondering how I was going to compose a piece about the new Finnish study into the outcomes for medical and/or surgical treatments for gender dysphoria and was at a loss about how to start. The original report, which I’ve linked to below, contains some stonking good and hard hitting parts to it but it’s also dense with facts and figures and statistics that need to be examined by the individual reader and not have me paraphrasing them.

However what we can draw from this study is that gender transition in teenagers and young people might not be the cure for whatever mental condition avails them and in some cases might make the person’s mental distress worse. The study certainly shows that there is no drop in contact from gender reassignment patients with psychiatric professionals for matters other than gender identity issues, in other words patients are still presenting to mental health workers with mental distress despite the gender medical treatment. This backs up what first made me start to question the gender ideology in general and medical transition in particular. Too many of those transsexuals who had been in my social circle didn’t seem to have their underlying sadnesses cured by transition.

Whilst I am not going to attempt to précis the report here, some measure of its significance can be found from a GB News piece featuring Dr Dionne Joseph, a chartered Clinical Psychologist who said that the Finnish study was the ‘evidence needed’ to ‘show that gender affirming care is a disaster’.

Dr Joseph is absolutely correct there. Gender medicine has been an utter and complete disaster. It is a mountain of lies that has harmed countless people. It has sterilised teenagers many of whom have not yet had a straight or gay sexual experience, it has wrecked bodies, wrecked minds and wrecked families and destroyed relationships. I have in the past compared contemporary gender medicine to Lobotomies but the lobotomies, horrible as they were, at least worked sometimes, gender medicine seems to not only not work to help the patient with their mental problems, but often make the patient and their life worse.

Surely this report must be the final nail in the coffin of the gender identity and transgender movement? It can’t survive as an ideology for that much longer among thinking people now that the efficacy of such treatments are being seriously called into question. Yes there are going to be the hard core of trans activists and their camp followers who are going to hang on in there with this ideology but the trans bubble in society has been popped. Nobody with any sort of intelligence can carry on going along with the idea of treating people with treatments that don’t work or make things worse. Eventually what was yesterdays large and trendy trans movement may dwindle down to just a few nutters, ideological hold outs and those parents who have bought the gender industry’s lies and transed their children.

There’s going to be the need in the near future for a lot of politicians, celebrities, lawyers, judges, police officers, administrators and private sector CEO’s who are going to have to take a long hard look at themselves and realise the massive damage that they’ve done by backing the transgender movement. This support that they’ve given to the trans movement has not been cost free, although it may have been to those who have been in these positions, that cost has been paid by the tens of thousands of children and young adults who have been left sterilised, mutilated, drugged and medically ripped off by the world’s Gender Mengeles. Every critic of the gender ideology that was silenced, every gender critic arrested or harassed by the police, every person who saw that the Trans Emperor had no clothes but couldn’t, was another voice that could have told young people the truth. Those who should have known better silenced the voices that could have prevented young people from listening to the gender lies and ruining their lives.

I want a reckoning in the future for the gender ideologues, those who have mutilated kids and young people with reckless and, as we know now, useless gender treatments should face some professional sanction even if its only public censure by medical bodies although disbarment might be better for some. However there are others, in industry, healthcare, education, government, police forces and other agencies who backed the cult of trans with an almost maniacal obsession. They should not be allowed to slip into the background when trans is just a nasty memory, after all these are the people who facilitated the gender monsters even though they were not monsters themselves. These people were, to heavily paraphrase a description of Nazi functionary Adolf Eichmann, ‘desk monsters’, people who condemned children and young people to monstrous gender experiments built on lies and they did it because the trans movement told them it would be virtuous to do so. The desk monsters who promoted this cult in government, education, policing and elsewhere, need to understand the monstrosity they’ve been a part of and at the very least apologise for helping to cause so many people harm and by being so stupid as to believe that a person can change or vary their sex.

The gender scandal and especially the paediatric gender scandal is one that could have been avoided by people who should have known better deciding to ally themselves with a cult of mutilated madman. That this didn’t happen does not speak well of those who rule, educate, heal, judge or police us.
