‘Young, gifted and black’. Oh hang on a minute, this is David Lammy we are talking about here.

David Lammy MP for Tottenham in London unveils his latest new look.

‘Young, gifted and black’ is not a description that you would apply to David Lammy. Well apart from the ‘black’ bit. He is neither very young, he’s 43, nor indeed particularly gifted. This lack of brainpower can be ascertained by anyone by a viewing of his appallingly inept ‘Mastermind‘ performance or his idiotic statement about the ‘pope-smoke’ at the Vatican being ‘racist’.

Lammy is also a classic example of ‘tick box hiring’. According to sources in the area who knew what was going on in the local Labour Party, Lammy was imposed on the constituency for racial reasons. Following the death of the sitting MP, the Left wing firebrand Bernie Grant, the local party wanted to put forward Grant’s widow for the seat. However because Mrs Grant is white, Labour headquarters said that there should be a black candidate put up to replace a black MP in an area that has a significant number of black voters.

David Lammy. Pity the people of Tottenham who are represented by this 'See You Next Tuesday'

David Lammy. Pity the people of Tottenham who are represented by this ‘See You Next Tuesday’

This has landed Tottenham with a poorly educated, race obsessed MP and, as we can see from some of Lammy’s recent statements, one that really shows contempt for the British people. Lammy, in a Tweet said that Parliament should overrule the will of the people and disregard the Referendum result and keep Britain in the EU.

According to the Left-leaning Independent news website Lammy wants Britain in the EU, even if the people do not want Britain in the EU.

The Independent said:

Labour MP David Lammy has called on Parliament to “stop this madness” and to vote against the referendum decision to leave the EU.

In a statement on his Twitter feed, the MP for Tottenham and former Higher Education and Skills Minister said: “Wake up. We do not have to do this.

“We can stop this madness and bring this nightmare to an end through a vote in Parliament. Our sovereign Parliament needs to now vote on whether we should exit the EU.”

Of course Parliament needs to ratify this referendum vote, it would be unconstitutional if it did not. However, it would cause immense problems, and probably civil disturbance, if parliament ignored such an expression of the will of the people. David Lammy has shown himself to be what he really is by his statement. He has shown himself to be someone who is so arrogant and drunk with power and unwarranted self importance that he believes he has the right to treat the majority of British people like dirt. In this sadly, he is not alone, the whole Labour party is like this.

Labour’s first response to ordinary people’s concerns has so often been ‘shut up we know best’. Those who’ve seen their areas destroyed by excessive levels of and inappropriate types of immigration have been shouted down with calls of ‘racist’ from Labour politicians. Those Britons who’ve tried to bring up the appalling problems of Islamic paedophilia or Islamic Rape Gangs have been told ‘shut up and enjoy the diversity’. Lammy is a living indictment of a Labour party that has morphed from a party that represented the ordinary working man or woman, into the party of the dole bludger, the foreigner, the bankers and the Islamic invader. It’s not a party for those who labour, it’s a party for those who ponce, have a vested interest in a over large intrusive state and those who wish the rest of us dead or oppressed.

This referendum has exposed the hollowness of the Labour party and how it has utterly failed to live up to the ambitions of its founders. When you look at the state of the Labour Party and the politicians, like David Lammy it creates then it is no wonder at all that many of those of us who used to vote Labour in the distant past, can now no longer do so and have chosen to support UKIP instead.

  1. The appointment criteria used by Labour for Lammy sounds exactly the same criteria used by the apartheid government in S. Africa for its representatives more than 30 years ago.
